| Jeep Commander I am going on trails that pathetic little toyotas and fords dare not thread. Although not a fst vehicle I have never lost power going up a hill (I have the 4.0 liter). |

| Jeep Strengths: Strong and stable as an army muletroetochie..take out the back seat and you have good amount of storage space. Being able to look at any obstacle and think Oh yeah I can handle that. Jeep Patriot. Being able to drive through the mountains at night in June with the top down but have a hard top six month later in those same mountains. |
| Used Jeep Weaknesses: Have 5000 so far and not a sign of a problem yet. Jeep Commander. I will say that i would like to visit my gas station a little less often. |

If you like it buy it you will be happy & if you dont like it you can always sell it for close it what you paid the wrangler has the highest re Year Model Reviewed: 89 cherokee95 wrangler s Summary: both jeeps have been great...the cherokee is at 245000 and all i have replaced in it since i have had it (6yrs) is a thermostat belt alternator (more amps) and the head..but reliable and fast it has the 4.0...the wrangler is just a great and cool it has the 4 banger (needs more B$s if you know what I mean but over all I took her to the beach (the jeep) and drove along the line did a uee on an enbankment and the guy next to mee rather behind me in a hyped up chevy s10 could even get on the enbankmen...wow..the feeling I got when he just looked over at me and shrugged.. |
| Jeep Dealer I just drove off with a BIG smile..buty none the less it is a jeep loud (wind but my hard top fixes it and it is not to hard to take off in about 10m t0 15 mins. I have no doors or toptroetochie..ready to show offtroetochie.. Jeep Commander. both are versatile both are mainly for hwy use but if they act right i take them off roading 4 x 4 on both are excellent... |
| Jeep Part Strengths: looks...looks...power for a lil engine..the wave...easy to work on ..alot of options for mods..reliability Weaknesses: mabey i am curssed both jeep leak at the passenger side under the dash some where not able to pin point it..if you guys can help please drop in a line at tommygun125hotmail.com oh yeah and the gas not bad to fill but i didnt expect this often ...good side is you get to stop at every station and look at all the hoties Similar Products Used: I have had a suzucki samurai cool but i kept blowing the gaskets on that one and you dont the prestige ..z712 ford f 250 diesels xtended cab 4x4s and a 79 ford 4x4 all are fun off road Year Model Reviewed: 2000 Summary: Overall for around town driving and offroading it is excellent nothing compares to a Jeep for offroading and the price cant be beat for a SUV. So far the only thing that has gone wrong is the passenger seat adjuster broke which of course was repaired under warranty. It has been otherwise trouble free and I have over 9000 miles on it with tons of offroading and one 1000 mile highway round trip under its belt. Jeep Commander. And very capable offroader right out of the box. Jeep. Soft top is much improved and easy to take down and put up compared to older Jeeps but still noisy at high speed. Jeep Commander. The sailcloth top on the 2001 model is supposed to be much quieter. |
